Nursing Education Science
The Texas State University System has annual expectations of both tenure and non-tenure track faculty to actively address teaching, research/scholarship, and service. Each faculty member has contributed towards the completion of research and scholarship. Hence, faculty undertake evidence-based pedagogical projects, write for and institute internal/external funded programmatic, transformational, and experimental projects. Exemplars of the St. David’s School of Nursing (SON) Education Science podium presentations, publications, or SON Committee project outcomes of research are organized by areas of Nursing Education Research—Innovation, Pedagogy, Evaluation, and Patient Outcomes.
